Cancellation Policy:

  1. You can cancel your booking by calling the 24×7 Customer Care helpline number 8855085344 the scheduled date and time of your pick-up. If you cancel after the driver and/or car details have been provided, a cancellation fee will be charged.
  2. No cancellation fee is payable unless Go2Ways confirms the cancellation in accordance with the terms and policy.
  3. Cancellation fees:
    • A booking request can be cancelled free of charge if driver or car details are not provided.
    • If a booking request is cancelled when the driver and/or car details are provided, a cancellation fee will be charged, which is the forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid for the booking.
    • If a driver cancels a ride request after waiting for 45 minutes at the pickup location, or due to wrong pickup details provided by you, a cancellation fee may be charged at the discretion of Go2Ways.
  4. In case of cancellation due to external factors or force majeure events that are beyond human control (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), a voucher for the complete advance amount paid may be issued by Go2Ways without expiry for future use.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation and refund policy, and it may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Go2Ways is not responsible for any loss or damages due to wrong or incorrect banking or account details provided by you.
  2. Vouchers without expiry may be provided at the sole discretion of Go2Ways in the following cases:
    • When the allocated driver cancels the ride without a valid reason at the last hour and Go2Ways fails to arrange another ride within a reasonable time.
    • If the car breaks down during the trip and Go2Ways or the driver fails to rectify it within a reasonable time.
    • In case of cancellation due to external factors or force majeure events.
    • If you want to change the car type, increase/decrease trip duration, or make corrections in the itinerary and inform Go2Ways well in advance with confirmation.
  3. Go2Ways is not liable to refund or provide vouchers if you give any money or goods to the driver, except as mentioned in the invoice. Go2Ways will assist in recovering losses or damages within reasonable means.
  4. Go2Ways is not responsible for any loss or damage during the ride caused by the driver, who is a third-party agency. However, they will assist you in reasonable ways to recover losses or damages.
  5. Go2Ways reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid for the booking in case of misbehavior or misconduct towards the driver. They also reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and the driver as per applicable law.
